Failed Frontiers

I've been following this story from the beginning and hopefully this won't be the end. The real problem is the lack of anti-bullying education and parenting from both sides. On a broader note,

"Anti-bullying education in the absence of prejudice-reduction education will reduce bullying only in the presence of adults and will never get at the underlying problems."
